Stoodio for Mankind is a creative studio helping people apply the same human-centered design tools that organizations have used for innovation, to everyday life.
Our goal is here is to make design skills, tools, and way of thinking relevant to you so more people can navigate complexity, make better decisions, and shape systems that reflect their values.
We’ve used design to shape the world around us. It’s about time people learn to apply it to the areas that matter most—our homes, our communities, and our growth.
Who is this for?
Our current focus is on families. We help them work through challenges, create shared language, and move toward the kind of home life they hope for, but often struggle to build.
You might resonate if you:
Feel overwhelmed balancing work, home and parenting, and want a clearer way forward.
Are navigating big transitions and looking for tools to support emotional growth.
Value essential life skills like critical thinking, empathy, creativity, team collaboration and resilient mindset, but aren’t sure how to cultivate them at home.
Want new ways to manage recurring challenges or design stronger relationships together.
We are working towards a comprehensive guide to building family cultures grounded in growth, connection, and collaboration. We do not simply adapt tools and frameworks used by designers, but also create original ones with the families and communities we work with, to solve specific challenges.
This guide is not intended to replace psychological, medical, or family counseling advice provided by licensed professionals. Instead, it serves as a complementary resource, offering design-based tools to help you design a path forward aligned with your values.
About the creator
Evonne Ng-Jääskeläinen is a multi-disciplinary designer with over two decades of experience in brand, storytelling, and innovation. She’s worked across creative agencies, Procter & Gamble, and Accenture, teaching design, supporting innovation, and helping organizations embed a designer’s mindset into the way they work.
After becoming a parent and navigating the emotional chaos of raising two young boys through major life transitions, Evonne began applying design tools at home. What started as a way to stay sane slowly evolved into a more intentional way of living, bringing clarity, collaboration, and deeper connection into her family life.
That experience became the foundation for Stoodio for Mankind, a space where human-centered design meets everyday challenges, and where anyone can learn to shape their life with more empathy, creativity, and intention.
